Because your Capital One Costco Mastercard® also doubles as your Costco Membership card, your picture is required to be on the card. Unfortunately, we can’t change your photo if you’re unhappy with it.
If your photo is incorrect or missing, you’ll need to go to a Costco warehouse and take a new photo at the Member Services desk so it can be updated on your credit card.
Allow 7-10 business days from the time your new photo is taken to receive your card. If you still have not received your card after this time period, visit our Contact Us page to report a lost/stolen card.
