We do our best to have your new card to you within 7 business days. Because there are factors like distance, weather conditions or mail volume that can affect mail delivery, your card may arrive sooner than that or take a little longer. For example, our cards are printed in Ontario, so if you live in another province, your card may take more time to arrive.
We’ll reach out to you if we need additional information or if there’s an issue. However, if after 10 business days you haven’t heard from us or received your card, visit our Contact Us page to speak to a customer service representative.
Note: We’re only able to ship a card to a physical address (no P.O. boxes).
