How to Replace a Lost Card

If your card is lost or stolen, you should report it immediately – contact us.

You can also report your card lost or stolen if you’re missing your card or think someone may have access to your credit card information without your permission. When you report your card lost or stolen, we’ll immediately lock the lost card so no one else can use it. We’ll also issue you a replacement card with a new card number.

It typically takes 7-10 business days to receive your replacement card in the mail.

You can track the status of your card in the mobile app by accessing the Card tracker from the More menu.
