How to set up Auto Pay

Auto Pay allows you to set up automatic monthly payments from your bank to your Capital One credit card account, ensuring you never miss a payment. You must have your bank account details available to set up Auto Pay.

To set up Auto Pay, contact an agent by Live Chat using the chat icon on our Contact Us page or after signing in to your online account. Please note that Live Chat is not available on the mobile app.
