The reward miles or cash rewards you earn usually appear online within 10 days. Very rarely, it may take up to two billing cycles for your rewards to appear on your account.

Also, if you received bonus reward miles or cash rewards on your first purchase with your card, they may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
