How can I see my rewards balance for my card

You can view your rewards balance in your Rewards hub through the Capital One mobile app or your online banking account. Additionally, your rewards balance is included on your monthly statement.

Mobile app

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Rewards.

Online banking

  1. Sign in to online banking.
  2. Select View Account.
  3. Select Explore Rewards.
