How to redeem my rewards for a gift card
You can redeem your rewards for gift cards through your online banking account (not an option in the mobile app currently), and only if you have the following credit cards:
- Smart Rewards™ Mastercard®
- Aspire Travel® Platinum Mastercard®
Things to know
- You can redeem your rewards for gift cards starting at just $25.
- Our full catalogue of gift cards changes regularly based on availability, so check back often to see what’s new!
- Once redeemed, your gift card will arrive in the mail in about 2 to 3 weeks.
- Rewards can only be redeemed by the primary cardholder.
Online banking
- Sign in to online banking.
- Select View Account.
- Select Explore Rewards.
- Select Get gift cards.
- Select the gift card you want to redeem for and select Confirm.
