How to Cancel Auto Pay

If you’ve set up automatic monthly payments from your bank to your Capital One credit card account, you can cancel it any time.

To cancel Auto Pay, you can contact an agent via our Live Chat service through your account using the chat icon. You can also send your request in writing to:
