How to cancel Auto Pay

If you’ve set up automatic monthly payments from your bank to your Capital One credit card account, you can cancel it any time.

To cancel Auto Pay, contact an agent by Live Chat using the chat icon on our Contact Us page or after signing in to your online account. Please note that Live Chat is not available on the mobile app.
