How to submit an insurance claim for your Capital One credit card
Assurant is responsible for processing your insurance claim. You can submit a claim online at cardbenefits.assurant.com, or call 1-888-324-2363 from Canada and the United States or 416-205-4357 collect from elsewhere in the world.
Please refer to your Certificate of Insurance for the documentation you will need to provide and other specific details about submitting a claim. You can access your Certificate of Insurance through your online banking account.
Online banking
- Sign in to online banking.
- Select View Account.
- Select More Account Services from the taskbar.
- Under the Benefits and Rewards section, you can access your benefits booklet which will include your insurance coverage information.
You can also access your Certificate of Insurance at capitalone.ca by selecting the credit card you have and going to the Documents section near the bottom of the page.
