How to Unenrol from Online Banking

If you ever decide you want to unenrol your account from Capital One online banking, you can contact one of our Live Chat agents by signing in to your account, or give us a call at 1-800-481-3239. A customer service representative will be able to help you cancel your enrolment.

Unenrolling your account from online banking means that we’ll delete your username and password, and you’ll no longer have access to your Capital One accounts online or through our mobile app.

It may take up to 2 weeks to process your request. You can continue to access your accounts online during this processing period.

You can establish a new online profile anytime by re-enrolling your account for online access.
