How to change your online banking password
If you know your current password, you can change it online after signing in to your online banking account. You cannot change your password using the mobile app.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Username or Password? link to get back into your account.
To change your online banking password:
- Sign in to online banking.
- Click on your profile in the top-right corner. Select Security from the drop-down menu.
- Select the pencil icon next to your password to edit it.
- Enter your current password as well as your new password and select Confirm.
You’ll receive an email confirming your password has changed after you’ve completed these steps. Remember, you shouldn’t share your username and password with anyone.
