Available Accommodation Options

For Vision Impairment

  • For Capital One Mastercard and Costco Mastercard:
    • Large Print: 18-point font statements and some letters
    • Braille: uncontracted Braille format statements and some letters
    • Screen-reader enabled PDF statements (available for customers signed up for online banking)
  • For Costco Mastercard:
    • Card activation without PIN

To Help With Speech or Hearing

  • Relay Service (TTY) calls are accepted
  • Clear and loud speech may be used and/or information may be repeated or rephrased as necessary
  • Online banking, available at capitalone.ca, allows customers the option to manage many account features online and is designed in an accessible way to help support assistive technology, including most screen readers

For Cognitive or Mobility Impairment

  • Online banking, available at capitalone.ca, allows customers the option to manage many account features online
  • PDF statements are available through Capital One online banking

Additional Assistance Options

  • When interacting with our automated phone banking system, you can press zero or say “representative” at any point to connect with a representative
