How to Make a Name Change

You can change your name by visiting our Contact Us page and speaking to a customer service representative. You’ll be required to provide legal documentation to change your first and/or last name. However, you won’t need to provide legal documentation to add or remove your middle name or update an authorized user’s name.

Name changes cannot be done online.
