How to make a name change on your account

As the primary cardholder or an authorized user on your account, you can change your name by contacting us by phone or Live Chat. To change your first and/or last name, you’ll need to provide a valid piece of government ID (e.g., Canadian driver’s licence, Canadian passport, etc.). However, you won’t need to provide an ID to add or remove your middle name.

Name changes cannot be done online.
