What to Do if You Forget Your PIN and Need to Change It

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can reset it through your account using your mobile phone number or email address.

To reset your PIN through the mobile app:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Manage PIN.
  4. Select the appropriate PIN management option.
  5. Type your new 4-digit PIN, then re-enter it. 
  6. Select Change PIN and you’ll be all set!

To reset your PIN through online banking:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select View Account.
  3. Select More Account Services.
  4. Select Change or reset PIN.
  5. Select I forgot my PIN or I don’t have one yet.
  6. Follow the steps to reset your PIN and you’ll be all set!
