How Long It Takes to Redeem Rewards

The amount of time it takes to receive your rewards after you've redeemed them will depend on whether you choose to redeem for an account credit or a gift card.

Account Credit

If you're redeeming your rewards for an account credit, you can expect to get your account credit in 2 to 3 business days, although it may take up to 60 days in some rare cases.

Gift Card

If you're redeeming your rewards for a gift card, you should receive the gift card in 2 to 3 weeks.
