How to manage language preference

You can choose the language (English or French) you’d like to view your online banking site and receive correspondence, including mailings, emails and statements from us.

You cannot change your language preference using the mobile app.

To change your language preference:

  1. Sign in to online banking.
  2. Click on your profile in the top-right corner. Select Account & feature settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the pencil icon next to “Online Viewing” to change the language that you use to view your online banking site.
  4. Select the pencil icon next to “Statements, Emails and Correspondence” to choose the language you’d like us to use when sending you communications.
  5. When you’re finished, press the Save button.
